How it works
Three steps, two of them at home. Here is exactly what happens from checkout to bars on your phone.

Pick a plan in the store, leave an email, pay by card on Stripe's own page; Apple Pay and Google Pay work there too. The receipt comes from Fizen LLC, the company behind this store.
The QR code lands in your inbox within minutes. Scan it on home Wi-Fi and the eSIM installs in about two minutes. Do not delete it after; a QR installs once. Exact taps for iPhone and Android are in the install guide below.
At the gate: travel line ON, set as Mobile Data, Data Roaming ON for that line. Bars on KDDI 4G or 5G show within about a minute. Your days start per the rule printed at checkout: at install, or at first connection in Japan.
Run the five-step rescue card; it solves most cases in two minutes. Still dark: message the chat or [email protected] and a human answers. A faulty eSIM is replaced one for one; an unused plan can be refunded under its package terms.
The QR arrives by email within minutes of payment.
No. Email, card, QR. Nothing to install except the eSIM itself.
Not at purchase. Checkout states each plan's rule: at install, or at first connection in Japan.
Flying on after Japan?
Your next country is covered too.
South Korea, Thailand, UAE, USA, Europe, China and 26 more, same checkout, right here.
Leave your email and we hold $10 of credit for you. Each eSIM order can take up to 30% off from it until the $10 is used.
Credit is for eSIM plans here, not cash. No spam.
