Illuminated paper floats parade at night, and on the last evening they go out on the water with fireworks. Anyone can dance alongside.
A week covers two or three parade nights and the journey north.

Anyone can join as a haneto dancer, and the order of groups for each night is published online.
The official site streams the parade and publishes route maps with passing times.
